Accommodation All of the 193 rooms and suites have a classic feel, though a
modern aesthetic weaves its way in and out of the tastefully
appointed spaces with thoughtful amenities, including flat screen
televisions. A palette of soft, muted colours that includes taupe,
ivory, and duck-egg blue adds a sense of serene elegance to the
room. Spacious and airy marble bathrooms and dressing areas open up
onto a generous bedroom and patio area, the ideal spot to admire the
natural reef and gentle waves pulsing below. Room features and amenities include high speed Internet access,
voicemail, iron/ironing board, mini bar, in-room safe, nightly
turndown service, private balcony or terrace, spacious bathroom,
free daily newspaper, 24-hour room services, bathrooms and slippers,
wake-up service, hairdryer, deluxe bath amenities, flat screen
television, cable channels, tea and coffee making facilities, work
desk, telephone, separate bath and shower. Some of the amenities

NEW Grand Beach Club at The Grand Mauritian
The Grand Beach Club includes a
total of 40 rooms and suites and a Beach Club Lounge with
dedicated butlers. This Lounge will host Beach Club guests for
check-in and be available through-out the day for refreshments
and evening cocktails. The Beach Club Lounge also has direct
access to the beach and is strategically located for the
spectacular Mauritian sunset while the complimentary evening
cocktails are served by the butlers. All 40 Grand Beach Club rooms and suites have direct access
to the beach and spectacular views across the bay while offering
an exclusive beach front accommodation experience with very
personalised and instinctive Butler service and exceptional
benefits such as: Dining Bar 68 is the perfect perch to take in a spot of live music while
sipping an island cocktail, though Reflections’ poolside location
makes it a favourite of swimmers looking to cool off with a
refreshing drink and a snack. Reflections pool bar is open from 10h30 until 16h00 serving
cocktails and snacks. Season offers an interactive food experience with buffet and a la
carte menus. This restaurant is open from 07h00 until 23h30.
Activities & Facilities The Grand Mauritian Resort and Spa has a wide arrange of
facilities for guests to enjoy. Activities include: water skiing, snorkelling, outdoor heated
swimming pool, children's pool, 2 floodlit tennis courts, fitness centre, dive
centre. Fees on certain facilities/services may apply. For the younger guests Spa and Wellness The Mandara Spa is
a luxurious retreat that was created with supreme sensitivity to the
guest experience – capturing the essence of luxury and privacy that
is at the heart of your stay.
The fitness centre – located on the first floor of the Mandara Spa –
includes cardio, strength and movement training facilities. Steam
rooms, sauna’s and Jacuzzi’s soothe tired muscles post workout.
Each of the 15 villas is designed to embrace the beauty of the
resort’s spectacular beachfront setting. The landscaping, various
water-based features and the sheer beauty of the Indian Ocean work
their way into the simple yet sophisticated décor. All rooms offer a
breathtaking sea-view.
Brezza offers a feast of Italian inspired dishes in a casual yet
romantic beachfront setting, while the international flare of Season
invites guests into its modern kitchen for a truly interactive
